Hi Alan - thanks for you email. I'll reply properly when I have more time but rest assured that Santa Claus is coming to town!

In my case, snori, its a fair cop Guv. In mitigation, I am busy scouring the job sites as I listen to todays recomms. Nov 29th seems to have been a pretty good day in gd history.

I'm not citing this in further mitigation but have you seen this http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/7118412.stm
I don't think he was being racist. To me, he was just stating the facts. In my youngest son's primary school, there are more than 20 different languages spoken, mainly Asian and Eastern European. I'm not complaining, because its a great school and my son loves being there.

Hi Jerrob

Well I'm reaching the end of 'Estimated' and I've been enjoying it all so far. Not too busy here for a spot of music - Roy Buchanan and Gong earlier (not together obviously)

I'm afraid Morrissey (although I like some of his stuff) has form. I read this earlier http://www.guardian.co.uk/g2/story/0,,2218527,00.html
These comments baffle me - I can't imagine a more diverse race than the British, where do you start? Wave after wave of settlers have arrived on these islands probably from before they were islands. So what is 'British' Mr. Morrissey ?

Your kids' school sounds great.

edit - i've just noticed that the next thread reads 'Feel like a stranger'.
